Armed with a clearly defined Scope of Work and Specification your project is assigned to a PhenCon Buy Team. Projects are posted on Electronic OnLine Bid Platforms. With the benefits of being involved in over $50,000,000 worth of roofing purchases a year PhenCon can group projects into Co-Ops and structure package material purchases to insure you get the most value for your dollar.

Product: Onsite Project Supervision

A successful project begins with the right design. However, there is no substitute for onsite presence to to insure your contractor is adhering to that design. PhenCon combines this onsite presence with Online Project Monitoring (OPM) to keep you on top of everything that happens on your project without ever setting foot on the roof. These OPM reports are emailed to you daily and document the progress of your roofing project.

Product: Online Project Monitoring

OPM is a tool developed for PhenCon that allows our Clients the ability to monitor the progress of their project over the internet. Each day your project is in production you receive an OPM report to your inbox. This report updates you on the percent complete of the project and gives you links to view photos of work completed for the day as well as reports indicating day to day progress. At the end of the project you can obtain an archive DVD of your project as a permanent record of work complete.
